Privacy Policy

MT-Transition handles your personal data with the same standard of confidentiality as your mission files. This page describes what data we collect, why, and your rights.

Data collected

Contact and callback forms: identity, contact details, company, request expressed. CV submission: identity, contact details, background, attached CV. Audience measurement: anonymized browsing data (GA4 via GTM). Advertising measurement and retargeting, only if you accept advertising cookies: pages viewed, where the visit came from (for example a Google, LinkedIn or ChatGPT ad) and clicks on our contact details, via Google Ads, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and the OpenAI measurement pixel (ChatGPT Ads).

Purposes and legal bases

Responding to your requests and calling you back (legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures); managing transition manager applications (consent); measuring website audience (consent); measuring the effectiveness of our ads and showing them to you again on other platforms (consent).

Retention periods

Company requests: 3 years after the last contact. CVs and applications: 2 years unless you renew your consent. Measurement and advertising cookies: duration set by each service; you can withdraw your consent at any time.

Recipients

Your data is processed by MT-Transition. If you accept the corresponding cookies, browsing data is also shared with Google (Analytics and Ads), LinkedIn and OpenAI for audience measurement, advertising measurement and retargeting; these providers may process it outside the European Union under the safeguards provided by the GDPR. To withdraw your consent, delete this site’s cookies in your browser: the cookie banner will then be shown again. CVs are never shared with a client without your explicit agreement, mission by mission.

CV Booster tool. The CV review offered under the name CV Booster is not hosted on this website: it runs on a separate service at cv.mt-transition.fr. A CV submitted there is processed on that service, which collects your consent before any upload and displays its own processing information. A CV submitted to CV Booster does not enter our candidate pool: that requires a deliberate step on your part from the managers area.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability: write to contact@mt-transition.fr. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL in case of disagreement.
